Look at those smiling faces. Pictured here is one of the sexy, cute (and popular to boot) Western Cup cheerleader squads from our 1999 event!

Well, technically, it's just the W-E-T-R-C-P-9 cheerleaders. 😆 Not sure where the rest of the squad is in this photo—they're probably having a blast in the background somewhere.

And here's a sense of what's in store for you skiers...the upcoming Western Cup ski races are fresh, fun, and fabulous—always!

In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the îethka Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, Goodstoney), the Otipemisiwak Métis Government (Districts 5 and 6), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.  As we compete in our tournaments, we recognize the enduring presence and contributions of Indigenous peoples to this land, honor their rich histories, cultures, and traditions and strive to create an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates the diverse cultures and values of all participants.
