Tournament Information

​

Western Cup XL runs March 28–31, 2024.

 

The Western Cup XL Dodgeball tournament will run over one (1) day: Saturday, March 30 from 8:30am until 6:00pm.

 

This tournament, and all Western Cup XL events, is hosted by members and allies of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and is a safe space for all people. There is zero tolerance for discrimination.

 

Tournament Structure

 

The day begins at 8:30am and will include guaranteed 2 round robin games, plus playoffs. There may be more games depending on the number of people that register. Round robin games will be 25 minutes, and playoff games will be 30 minutes.

 

There is a guaranteed 1 hour lunch break with fun games available to play.

 

Registration Information

 

Individual* registration: $35 (plus GST and service fees)

*7th, 8th, or 9th player, or registration for No Specific Team

 

Team registration: $210 per team (plus GST and service fees)

 

Teams should be between 6 and 8 people. For teams of 8, please see the note below. Please note the balls used are rubber, not foam.



 

When registering please register as a team of six (6).  If you would like to add a 7th or 8th team member, please have them go and register under the appropriate registration - Dodgeball Individuals (7th or 8th Player, or No Team) and choose the team name from the drop down.

 

If you are registering as an individual, please use the Dodgeball Individuals (7th or 8th Player, or No Team) and chose the team name “Dodgeball Team”

Once payment is confirmed, you will be officially registered for the tournament.

 

The One Night in Monaco social event is included free of charge for everyone.
